Not enough parking. I came late and they got me a parking place for our car. When I checked out next day, they wanted 10 Euros for the parking. I don't like surprise charges that aren't stated before. Otherwise, great place to stay.

4/10 Poor

Room was small but clean and cheap - The only positives! There was no parking and the restaurant was not open, bar snacks were poor at best and the WiFi was not working. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to premium WiFi but reception didn’t know the password! Note this hotel is in a rundown part of town with many homeless people and obvious drug use in the town centre and park. It did not feel safe and with no available parking at the hotel we had to park in a public car park. Avoid the car park under the bridge as it’s unsecured - P11 opposite the hotel seems more secure but still not ideal when travelling with a car full of luggage. Finally, the breakfast showed some imagination with loose leaf tea varieties and cereal toppings, however, 2 hours before end of service (buffet) and the hard boiled eggs were not replenished and people definitely indulge in the buffet aspect including young kids with no supervision putting hands over everything and taking platefuls of every food item. I would not use as a stopover again primarily due to area feeling very unsafe, I guess it’s cheap for a reason!
