Haus Sion is located at the end of a quiet street, within walking distance of the village. Surprising is its peaceful location right on the Alm with expansive views. The apartment has a terrace door on the ground floor, giving direct access to the large garden surrounding the house. You will find everything in the kitchen, and the high-quality furnishings offer space and comfort
In a few minutes walk, you will be in the center of Maria Alm. Lovely terraces surround the cozy village square. From the village goes a ski lift (also in summer directly connecting to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.
Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is on your doorstep, with challenges for every type of skier. And not too far away, you can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities make this apartment attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge, and a superb golf course is nearby
