Sehr nette Hoteliers, schöner, warmer Outdoorpool und Wellnessbereich, top ausgestattetes Gym, super Skikeller mit Schuhtrocknern. Skiabfahrt diekt ins Haus möglich, morgens etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Schönleiten-Gondel, etwas weniger zum Skibus nach Saalbach. Rund ums Hotel gibt es weder Geschäfte noch Bars oder Restaurants, dafür muss man nach Saalbach rein. Ausreichend Parkplätze und sogar Ladestationen vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein modernisiertes Hotel, in dem jeweils zwei Zimmer zu einer Mini-Fewo zusammengefasst wurden. Die Zimmer sind für vier Personen sehr eng, aber es geht gerade so. Keine Kochmöglichkeit und spülen geht nur im Badezimmer -Waschbecken. Frühstück ist inkludiert und gibt’s im schönen Frühstücksaal, Auswahl und Qualität sind in Ordnung. Restaurant mit Pizza und täglich drei Nudelngerichten im Haus. Hübsche Einrichtung, nette Dekorationen, aber man merkt den Personalmangel. Die so genannten Ferienwohnungen werden unter der Woche nicht gereinigt, Bademäntel und zusätzliche Handtücher gibt es aber auf Nachfrage. Auch in den Fluren wurde zwischendurch nicht gesaugt, obwohl es dringend nötig gewesen wäre. Wellnessbereich, Toiletten und Restaurant waren aber sauber.
