Was not aware of the lay out of hotel. To see view had to leave my curtains open and everyone walking by can look into my room. To have privacy needed to keep curtains closed, then no view, no window. Have not been a room with no windows are anyway to get sun light, unless I open my curtain and everyone walking by can see into my room

Don’t bother! Cockroaches and ants all over the place, I’d changed rooms three times in first night and all the same with bugs and noise. No lift. The town is on a mountain and after a while day of walking up and down hills which I expected but then I’d to climb 8 flights of steps X 15 steps per flight. Just make sure you have everything before you go down the steps hahaha. Staff are awful. You’re just a tourist and not a wages paying guest!!

I don't usually review hotels, but Sapa Village Hotel was exceptional and I thought it deserved a review. It's not in the most crowed area of hotels and shops, but we liked that. It was easy to walk to the lake, which is very beautiful and only 5-10 minutes from Sapa station, where you can get the cable car to Fansipan. We even walked to Cat Cat village from our hotel. The property also felt special with the terrace patios, with beautiful plants everywhere, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is on the hillside, higher floors open the window from the room are mountains view. The hotel 250 meter away from Sapa Express Bus station. Close to the lake in 2 minutes walk. From the lake there is a road can walk over to Sapa City Centre. From the hotel turn to the left 800m there is a night market open till 12am. You can get a lot of BBQ stalls there. Room is very very clean. I booked twin bed. Beds are big and comfortable to sleep.

Clean spacious familyroom, short walk to town

Manager was friendly and helpful, she is able to speak English and helps to book local tour. Room was clean and spacious and high floor units have good views. tasty breakfast set is included. However, there is no lift access and most staff do not speak English. As hotel is new, there are strict rules on charges, which are payable when you lose the room card for example.
