I dont think many are aware of the rooftop deck. It gives such a great view of Sapa on a clear day. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was very good but the same every morning. Their fruit selection does change which was great. There wasn't an elevator, especially if you're on the fourth floor but they had someone help us with our luggage and that's really a first world problem.
This hotel is newly constructed with excellent craftmanship. The staff is very attentive. Excellent choice.
The staff here is super nice and helpful. They exchanged money for me and gave me the same exchange rate as the bank. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The hotel is a five minute uphill walk from the city center, and well worth the hike. It was very quiet at night, a plus in Vietnam. At the end of our stay, they took us to meet our bus for no extra charge. This place was a little pricier than most places in Sapa ($75 per night for a triple suite with one extra bed), but it was comparable in quality to an American hotel that costs twice as much. We would definitely stay here again!
