We welcome you to Lark Rise: sleeps 6 in a detached single story black wooden clad home, with two double bedrooms, one en-suite and one family shower room and an additional garden cabin the perfect tv / cinema room complete with bathroom and sleeping platform. Hot tub, enclosed gardens, garden table tennis, parking, terraces, bbq area and beautifully designed interiors.

Ground Floor

Enter into the open plan living room, dining space and L shaped kitchen. Stunning bifold doors with view of the garden and cabin. Vaulted ceilings with dramatic interior design features including oxidised tin walls.
The living space is central and seats 6 at ease, all facing the 55 inch screen Smart TV with sound system.
Kitchen area offers a large gas range with six rings, double electric oven, dishwasher, two under counter fridges. The dining table seats 8.
Pantry cupboard and a walk in utility cupboard with washing machine and dryer and tall freezer.
Spiral staircase leads up to a small snug /mezzanine space with lighting and floor mats. Suitable for a den for kids / teens.

The Garden room is independent and brightly yellow painted and offers a space to work at a designated desk, plus a full bathroom is available. The Smart screen TV, makes the room work as a cinema room, plus a lazy space with added sofa seating plus a sleeping platform (sleeps 2). Underfloor heating throughout which makes it extremely cosy!

Outside

Patio areas surround the gardens which are filled with sun all day long.

Pets permitted - small fee additional (£35per pet per week). Fully enclosed back yard. Please take care to clear up behind you.
