Your advert was extremely misleading which lead to huge disappointment. The advertised property definitely mentioned a Hot Tub and when we arrived.....no hot tub.When I raised this at the site they were rude! I have raised this with Hoseasons also as their paperwork also mentioned a hot tub (see photos) Would appreciate your comments on this please.
