Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung in der Aube (Südchampagne)
Wir (vier Erwachsene) hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Gites des Aube sowie mit der Verwalterin Julie waren einwandfrei und freundlich. Julie ging auch auf alle Fragen unsererseits ein.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Ende des kleinen Orts Ruvigny. In Ruvigny gibt es selbst keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, aber die nächsten sehr gut ausgestatten Supermärkte (E.Leclerc) sind nur sieben Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Außenanlage und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und es hat viel Freude gemacht auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und durch die drei Schlafzimmer hat jeder einen Platz/Raum gefunden. Bei heißen Tagen ist es sehr angenehm, dass es in jedem Raum eine Klimananlage gibt. Die Betten sind von guter Qualität und für französische Verhältnisse angenehm breit. Bis auf den Raum mit dem Doppelbett gibt es auch genügend Schränke und Stauraum.
Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und wir konnten dort gut kochen. Die Küche hat sehr moderne Geräte, an den Induktionsherd mussten wir uns aber erst etwas gewöhnen. Für große Menschen kann das Kochen aber eine Herausforderung sein, da die Unterschränke und der Herd tief eingestellt sind. Es fehlten Suppentelller und kleine Schneidebretter.
Durch die Nähe zu einem Feuchtgebiet gab es abends sehr viele Mücken, die uns zu Leibe gerückt sind und auch in der Wohnung waren. Hier wären Fliegengitter ein deutliches Plus an Komfort, die gibt es nur in einem Zimmer.
