Turn to “pilot” for hall heater and turn fireplace logs OFF in winter; turn off lights and TV. Make sure all major appliances are turned off; you can leave an A/C unit on in summer.
Put keys in the key box. Message to let owner know you have checked out. Our policy is to notify the local authorities if a guest doesn't check out and doesn't respond to messages from owner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The hosts were so welcoming and caring and very responsive. The house is amazingly cozy with beautiful antiques and artwork. There is a good size yard for when the weather permits. We had an amazing stay, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The check in/out process was super easy and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need including a separate ice maker which was wonderful for packing a cooler to take down to the beach. The condo had plenty of space for our family and all the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in Navarre a number of times and this condo was the nicest by far, would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and on good days we could even see the mountains in the background. The antiques in the property were lovely and the house was very clean and spacious. A wonderfully warm and comfortable home.

This home offers a perfect getaway for a family, with or without pets. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent,and the home was warm, clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, and everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens are provided. I highly recommend and hope to return soon.
