Worse hotel ever - horrible customer service. Checked in to rm 228 a room with 2 beds for 4 guests. Walked in to 1 towel for 4 of us and stained wash cloth. Spider crawling in the bath tub spout. 8 extra rolls of toilet paper but not enough towels for all guests. Upon asking front desk for towels we were refused towels because our friends staying in room 226 also with 4 guests got the extra towels so we couldn't get any. She said if you want towels go in the laundry rm and wash the towels and take them. Front desk was a horribly rude lady who said take the toilet paper rolls and roll yourself in it and accused us of lying about having not enough towels in the room. We even told her to come check out rm but she never bothered. Said to go call Expedia and tell them and check out since we paid a cheap low discounted rate. Wash cloth has a dirty black stain and looked like it was not washed. Toilet has a stain in it like it was not washed. Room key stopped working around 12 am and went back down to her to get the key fixed and she was rude. Asked her for a list of amenities the room should have and she said i don't know, then asked her name and she said i don't know and she walked away. Rude person with no communication skills and should be fired. Don't stay here - take your business somewhere else!
There is no way these nasty rooms could pass any kind of inspection.
