We are ready to host you for a weekend get away or a monthly stay with a discount! Great for seasonal renters and working professionals!

Brand new construction remodel of vacated Catholic Church in Rushville NY. Inside designed to emulate a Canandaigua boat house . Encompasses hand painted windows reflective of local Sonnenberg Gardens, Canandaigua boat house and CMAC shell.
The space
Large one bedroom with all new finishes. 5ft x 5ft double head tile shower, double vanity, washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, separate hot tub room, king size bed, large bedroom/bathroom and closet.
The hot tub is soft sided, for 2 people.
As mentioned, we are off the beaten path however close to many local attractions!

Our hospitality goes above and beyond! It is our job to make sure that you have the best visit that you can have. With that said, if you are coming in for a special occasion please let us know. If there is anything you need, just let us know! We are very proud to be Super Hosts and we look forward to seeing you!

In the Saint Mary's Church, you will find yourself in 1300 square feet of tranquility. The church was originally built on October 2nd, 1899, and it was closed on January 1st, 2011. We have strived to keep the integrity of the church and have repurposed many items from the original church throughout the unit.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. It is stocked with basic amenities such as pots, pans, utensils, paper products, and a baking sheet. We have a Keurig coffee station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, powdered creamer, and sugar. Under the kitchen sink you will find cleaning supplies, a dish drying mat, and a dish drying rack. There is a dishwasher. The broom is located to the right of the refrigerator.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Get me to the church
We had an amazing stay at this unique property. Everything was beautiful and so comfortable. All of the spaces are large and well decorated. The bedroom is huge and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We could not have had a nicer stay in this beautiful location. We will definitely be back.

Perfect relaxing stay
Our stay at "Church" was amazing! It was a great stop on our way home from Maine after staying in hotels for a week. We were able to do laundry, relax in the hot tub, and cook homemade meals. It is so spacious and there is a cute little green space behind the church to relax. We loved all the original items from the former church, and the craftsmanship to make the bedroom/bathroom look like a boathouse. Have already recommended to our friends.

Most unique vacation rental ever!
This VRBO rental at St. Mary's Church in Rushville, NY has to be the most unique vacation spot you'll find. Beautifully appointed in an old church, it has EVERYTHING needed to just relax and enjoy your stay. And it is huge for a couple's retreat. I can't say enough about the place. Although we came to explore the Finger Lakes region, it was hard to tear ourselves away from the accommodations! Ever hot tub in a church? now you can. The location is centrally located between Canandaigua & Seneca lakes, so it's a short drive to either location. We had great back & forth communication with the owner before and during our stay. Thabks again, Holly. We will recommend this gem to our freinds and you with no hesitation.

What a hidden gem
A must stay. Very clean and cozy. Host made an old church with a boat house inside a awesome place to stay while keeping the small-town look. Modern, very comfortable, beautiful decor, close to many great places to visit, indoor hot tub was fabulous, and shower was amazing. Anyone traveling to this area should make this rental first on their list. Pictures are spot on, and host was so easy to communicate with. A plus stay.
