The room was decent and clean. Excellent grill food ordered by room service and kings grill restaurant. Lovely spread of breakfast buffet. Loved the private beach access and massage at the spa.
Went for a staycation. Read on the web, its a beach hotel; unfortunately its not a beach hotel. Its a hotel near the beach. Have to cross a very busy road to access the 'private' beach. I could as well have stayed at home as i have a sea view from home and can drive to the beach when need be. Too much noise from the roads, random noises during the night which woke my baby up leading to a sleepless night for me and my wife. AC temperature could not be controlled, it was too cold, we had to turn it off completely. Upon complaining, the technician was in denial about this issue and came up with a very stupid reason for the room being too cold. The genius lifeguard at the pool (the swimming pool is very small btw) told us that we cannot put our 6 month old baby in the swimming pool as the chlorine in the pool is not good for the baby, and minimum age for the pool is 3 years. Had never heard of that before, but being new parents, we got scared and didn't utilise the pool fully. Later we researched on the harms of swimming pool on 6 month baby and also asked the pediatrician who said there's absolutely no harm. I am guessing the lifeguard was just lazy and did not want to sit by the pool. I guess i just paid for a breakfast which was decent. Upon return, i was feeling more tired than rested. Not going back there again.
The hotel facilities are very good, very friendly and helpful staff, the food could have been various, lunch and dinner were almost the same everyday. Cleaning of the rooms was performed mainly in the afternoon or not performed at all, even though we hung the "Please, make up my room" sign on the door, it is more usual to perform cleaning in the morning in other hotels. The beach is very close to the hotel, you just need to cross the road, handing out towels on the beach is also a great thing.
The star of the show for me has always been Mr Bukhari the fo team leader of the front desk. Everything from a welcome fruit basket to reservations. Currency exchange to getting a local sim card this man is just brilliant. Kudos to the Ramada beach hotel for having people like mr Bukhari on board
Nice place and view, friendly staff, they always wear their smile. The room is big compare to others, bathroom was clean with complete amenities. All in all I like the place and I will definitely come back here.
Location was nice. Its just that the hotel Rooms seemed kinda old. Specially the bathroom. Water is too hot, no option for cold water. Hotel staffs didnt call me prior to cancelling my booking in booking.com. Good thing i called them after i received a message about the decline in my card. So i have to wait if they will offer the same price as ive found in the internet.
This was a unique experience to stay at this facility. The Front Desk advisers were courteous, the Restaurant was tidy, food was awesome and the attendants were very helpful and professional, clean. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would love to come back.
This hotel has that wonderful quality that the guests are really looked after and cared for. The hotel did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and the staff really cared how our experience was and paid attention to every little detail. It was a really great stay and our whole team (it was a business visit) was impressed and grateful to the staff. This sort of care is unusual these days, but with this hotel, we can leave a recommendation without any qualms. It's hard to overstate how supportive the guys were. Even the security staff were friendly and helpful. Aside from the amazing service, the hotel is well appointed, clean and bright, everything in working order, with nice rooms, and great facilities, including the beach, the restaurants, gym, sauna, pool, and nice touches, and free shuttle to major places of interest to visitors. Even the lobby was welcoming and comfortable, where we were able to relax after a long flight while waiting for our room to become available (which they were kind enough to expedite for us). Great food in the restaurant too. Top notch hotel. We can't say enough good things about it. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a problem with early check in but things went fine at last, the people are nice and the service is great!
