The kitchen, dining/ living room and a half bath are on the entry level. This home has a view of the number 5 fairway of the golf course. The unit has a washer and dryer, two car covered parking, a gas log fireplace, central air, a futon in the loft, a covered back deck, and wireless internet. Total square footage is 2500. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
