What an absolute blessing of a property! I stayed here with my wife and cousin, and we had an incredible time. From the amazing host to the relaxing hot tub, everything was perfect. We loved every minute of it!

The property was amazing! Very comfortable beds and home. The only downfall was the hot tub was heavily chlorinated that it limited the amount we could use it.

Wonderful home to stay in! This house was perfect for our family of four. Located conveniently close to everything in Ruidoso and had an amazing back porch view! Highly recommend this property.

I booked this location because a previous guest on their review said her grandmother was by the fire and guess what my mother in law loved sitting next to the fire and staying warm, so brownie points for me. This is a beautiful newer home with a well equipped kitchen. Every single room had super comfy beds and the host's left a gift bag with yummy snacks that our boys loved. I would definitely check to see if this home was available again if we ventured back to Ruidoso.

The property was lovely, clean and the furniture was comfortable. Communication with Hummingbird Properties was very easy. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed while we were onsite.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very nice and clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The owners even left a nice welcome bag, which was a thoughtful treat!

We had a wonderful stay! We have had so many issues with past listings, but this one was wonderful. So peaceful, stocked kitchen, and perfect place to enjoy our family.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautifully styled, very comfortable, and peaceful, with a great location that made it easy to get to midtown. So thankful to the host for the thoughtful care package we received upon arrival—we truly appreciated all the goodies! We would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home with a great view!

We had a wonderful week at the property in early June. Enjoyed watching the elk and the wild horses from the balcony, walking the neighborhood and seeing all the sites in Ruidoso. Highly recommend this property!

Great location & modern home

Spacious king rooms and modern amenities throughout. We enjoyed the hot tub in the trees looking out at the mountains. The recliners were perfect by the fireplace. Great place to relax over a long weekend!!

This property is amazing! Perfect size for our family ( 6 adults) kitchen equipment with everything you’d need. We enjoyed the gas fireplace everyday and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The only drawback was satellite/streaming was a bit in and out however I’m sure that’s just the hazards of satellite and weather. We will definitely be back .

Amazing stay

By far THE best property our family has stayed at. Extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable. Our three boys were besides themselves with the arcade machine and the wildlife. Every single person in my family said they’d return .

Mom’s 75th Birthday!

Perfect house for my mom’s birthday. Great location and enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes! Cooked most meals and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. My mom’s favorite spot was sitting in one of the recliners by the fire place. Thank you for a great Easter/Birthday weekend.

We had an amazing view, the beds were very comfortable. The gift was so sweet. Great location. Roomy home. Very warm and inviting. Loved every single thing about it. They have all the utensils you can think of. It was just an amazing place to stay.
