Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde zwischen der mächtigen Kulisse der Bayerischen Alpen, schattigen Wäldern, malerischen Seen und lebendigen Dörfern mit herzlichen Menschen. Hier im idyllischen Ruhpoldinger Tal begrüßt Sie Familie Gastager! Im Ortsteil Lohen von Ruhpolding befinden sich unsere beiden Ferienwohnungshäuser, die Ferienwohnungen am Schwimmteich mit 5 Ferienwohnungen und das Haupthaus Lohener Hof mit 4 Wohnungen. Die beiden Häuser liegen ca. 50 Meter auseinander und befinden sich in schönster Umgebung mit freiem Blick auf Wiesen und Berge. 2013 haben wir das Haupthaus nach einem Umbau eröffnet und dort 4 neue Familienwohnungen nach dem neuesten Standard gebaut. Im Frühjahr 2016 haben wir das gesamte Haus am Schwimmteich umgebaut und renoviert und freuen uns Ihnen jetzt insgesamt unsere 5 frisch renovierten Fewo vermieten zu können. Im Sommer lockt unser schöner Schwimmteich mit grosser Spiel- und Liegewiese ins Freie. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Grillplatz, Fahrrad- und Ski-Raum zum unterstellen, Münz-Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Parkplätze direkt am Haus. WLAN ist in beiden Häusern kostenlos verfügbar. Für unsere Gästekinder haben wir 2 Ponys, Katzen und Schafe mit denen sie unbeschwerte Stunden auf der Wiese und im Stall verbringen können. Die Zentrale Lage von Ruhpolding im Chiemgau ist ideal für Ausflugsziele zum Chiemsee mit dem Schloss, das Berchtesgadener Land mit dem Alpen-Nationalpark und dem Königsee oder in die Mozartstadt Salzburg. Weitere beliebte Ausflugziele sind natürlich München, Burghausen mit der längsten Burg Europas oder Marktl am Inn, die Geburtsstadt von Papst Benedikt XVI. NEU! Ab 01.05.2017 wird die eXtra-Karte zur Chiemgau Karte und bietet Ihnen noch mehr Leistungen für Ihr Urlaubserlebnis in Ruhpolding. Sie erhalten die Karte bei Ihrer Anreise kostenlos im Haus.
Die 50qm große Ferienwohnung im Zuhaus (Hanghaus) 3.OG am Schwimmteich gelegen und verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Südbalkon und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach und den nötigen Kleingeräten.Bei einer drei oder vier Personen Belegung steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf kann im Schlafzimmer auch ein Kinderreisebett oder ein großes Zustellbett für die 3te Person aufgestellt werden.

Einfach klasse, sehr freundlich, familiär und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt
Eine tolle Ferienunterkunft. Die Familie Gastager ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, alles liebevoll eingerichtet und es wird sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert. Man hat sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Schwimmteich ist ein richtiges Highlight. Wir können nur eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.
