Spacious Family Bach by the Sea - Ruakaka Home

Positioned less than 500m from beautiful Ruakaka Beach and with great views across to Mt Manaia, this spacious two-storey family bach is just the ticket for your next holiday.

Indoor living is predominantly situated upstairs to take advantage of the views and is simple, sunny and open plan, with a potbelly fire for toasty winter getaways. For relaxing summer stays, enjoy the easy outdoor flow onto the deck or relax in the shade downstairs with a good book. If you are feeling more energetic, challenge the family to a game of table tennis!

Upstairs are the lounge, dining and kitchen as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king bed and fan for warm summer nights, while the second bedroom has a double futon. The bathroom has a shower, bath, plus a separate toilet. Downstairs the third bedroom has a double bed on a low futon base, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds – just perfect for the kids - plus there is a second bathroom which makes it ideal for two families.

Head outside to soak up some rays in the sun loungers in the large back garden, while the BBQ is fired up for an classic Kiwi meal. There is also a heated shower outside, which is a great way to wash off all the sand after a fun day at the beach.

Spacious Family Bach by the Sea is an awesome spot with lots to explore in the Bream Bay area and beyond. Ruakaka beach is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Whangarei Heads and is a family-friendly white sand beach, patrolled by lifeguards in the summer and extending for miles in either direction. The popular local café is situated conveniently between the bach and the beach and serves excellent food.

Great location and layout

The house is ideally located and the layout provided everyone privacy and space when required. The dining table was ideal for us as we planned the event which ran over 4 days from the Marina close by.
