Needs renovation.
The actual location was brilliant. The accommodation inside was just adequate but filthy. Needs a good spring clean. We could not get into the wardrobes and pantry because of the owners “stuff”. When I am paying good money I expect to be able to have good cupboard space. The kitchen utensils were dirty and I had to wash knives etc before using.
The table and chairs on the deck need to be reviewed as some of the chairs were so fatigued that one collapsed on my husband who is on his eighties and it has left him badly shaken and bruised and has left his hip replacement very painful. The rusting on the deck is very rusted and a danger of collapsing. Many of the above are health and safety issues which need to be addressed by the owner if he wants to let the property to the public.
As we paid in full about 6 months ago and had the use of our money all that time I think a lot of these issues should have been addressed. The place looks good on the Book a Bach site but unfortunately this is not so.
