This apartment features a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and more.

The sleeping area includes a hallway leading to two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and access to the balcony. There is also a shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

Access to the shared tennis court and parking available in the residence’s communal parking area.

Vue océan exceptionnelle!!!

Vue océan exceptionnelle! Très proche de la plage de Pontaillac et grande piste cyclable sur plusieurs kilomètres. Résidence au calme avec jolie jardin et gardien accueillant. Point négatif: manque de rangement et de fonctionnalités. Très belle pièce à vivre mais un peu encombré.
