Comprising a living/dining room with a sofa, TV, and extending table, a hallway with cupboards and a toilet, a kitchen equipped with an oven, range hood, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and sink with draining board.
All opening onto a small terrace with garden furniture.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and private access to a solarium, and the other with two 80 cm single beds and a fold-out adult bed. A bathroom with a shower, sink, storage area, and washing machine.

Easy and free parking is available in front of the house.

Bien sauf l'entrée et la sortie

appartement très bien sauf l'arrivée seules sans la personne de l'agence avec difficulté à trouver la bonne porte (plus clé difficile) départ problématique, on nous a un peu poussées dehors pour faire le ménage, de façon pas très aimable alors que l'on avait eu un problème de santé qui nous avait retardées...
