Welcome to Cloister Way, a new development in North Leamington Spa situated just off Kenilworth Road.
This 2 Bed property occupies the whole 1st floor and has a large lounge area along with a well equipped kitchen and separate office / home working area.

The property is close to Leamington Town Centre, whilst also offering direct links into Coventry & Birmingham making this a perfect base for exploring Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.
The property is originally a three bedroom apartment but is used currently as a two bedroom with a separate designated office space with a desk and chair. There is a travel cot in the 3rd bedroom / office space in case required for a small child.
The kitchen has all of the modern amenities required for a smooth and comfortable stay with seating for up to 6 guests at the dining table.
Guests are invited to relax and unwind in the large lounge area which hosts a large TV with all the relevant accessible apps you may require.
There is free parking for 1 car directly in front of the garage at the property. For all additional parking, please use Cloister Way prior to where the new development starts just down the road as no cars are permitted for parking on the road on the new development.
