We had a great stay at Woodland Shore Escape from Wednesday, Dec 24 through Saturday, Dec 27 with our extended family (about 28 people). The set-up with four houses was ideal—plenty of space for everyone, and close enough that we could easily go back and forth without feeling spread out.Everyone enjoyed the amenities, especially the villa, the outdoor fire pits, the arcade, and the theater room. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made coordinating a large group much easier. Overall, we had a really nice time on the host’s properties and would recommend Woodland Shore Escape for big family gatherings.

Perfect place for a family reunion! The houses were fantastic and the lake was perfect for swimming. Every house has a charcoal grill, kayaks, and hot tub. Plenty of shaded seating areas. Plenty of parking. The game room was fun, but overall, too hot to be in during the day.We only cooked one night- and grilled burgers. My family was in Woodland Shore, so that is the kitchen I will speak about. The kitchen could use some stocking. Serving bowls and such would be helpful. Sharp knives too. But overall, everything was wonderful!

Excellent place to stay for large group. There were 36 of our family members. Kitchen accommodations were excellent. Ample large boilers, refrigerators, and comfortable beds. Family loved fishing, boating and just relaxing on the porches or in one of the hot tubs. Definitely a nice place and the host was very responsive to all our needs and questions.

Excellent Property for our Son's Destination Wedding

The property was beautiful - 4 houses, on the lake, with everything we needed, and then some. We had 20 family members and the groomsmen we hosted in the 4 houses. We could all be together, or do our separate thing. The hot tubs and fire pits were a huge hit with everyone. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so fabulous!
