Glorious residence!

We cannot fault Villa My Vladan. The Mother and daughter owners were delightful and the villa was so clean and well equipped. We were having a holiday with our 3 daughters and their partners and we spent a lot of evenings eating in the wonderful outside eating area which was perfect for us. The villa has everything you need and more. It is spacious and the Master Bedroom is particularly lovely. We joked that we'd have liked a dishwasher down near the BBQ but that was only so we didn't have to take plates, glasses and cutlery up and down and we managed very well with the one in the kitchen! We were also allowed to check in early which meant we got a half extra day settling in and we were so grateful for this ability to be flexible.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie, insgesamt 8 Erwachsene in der Villa. Alles war perfekt. Für jedes Schlafzimmer war ein eigenes Bad vorhanden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit allen erdenkbaren Geräten. Für den Außenbereich waren Spiele vorhanden. Die überdachte Outdoorküche war unser absolutes Highlight. Der zentrale Platz, an dem wir immer zusammengekommen sind. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gegrillt, gegessen und gespielt. Auch der Pool ist toll. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Besitzerin des Hauses, die nebenan wohnt. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, war immer für uns ansprechbar wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat sich ansonsten im Hintergrund gehalten. Einfach die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa war wirklich sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist hervorragend und der große Pool wirklich super. Alles war sehr sauber und bei unserer Ankunft sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Außenküche hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr empfehlenswert für größere Familien als auch Freunde die einen ruhigen Urlaub für sich genießen wollen. Gerne wieder.

Sehr viel Platz innen sowie aussen, alles sehr schön möbliert. Sehr sauber. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und aussen. Ein riesiger Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist. Die Küche innen und die Aussenküche waren auch perfekt ausgestattet. Einfach alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Rovinj verbringen zu dürfen, und es war zweifellos das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – liebevoll gepflegt, mit vielen schattigen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag im Pool verbracht und hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail und der hohe Komfort machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen perfekten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre, und trotzdem ist man nah genug an der Stadt, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Alle wichtigen Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Glorious residence!

Wakacje w willi bardzo udane .Dom przepiękny ,bardzo zadbany ,kontakt z Gospodarzem niesamowicie pozytywny. Basen idealny, zadbany. W kuchni nie brakuje niczego -wyposażona perfekcyjnie. Przepiękny dodatkowe miejsce na grillowanie wraz z niezbędnym asortymentem. Bardzo chętnie wrócę do tego miejsca ponownie.
