The villa is a beautiful, newly built two-story house in Rovinj, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia. This luxurious villa is situated on a fenced plot and offers a wealth of facilities, providing you with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The yard is dominated by a heated outdoor pool and a large sun terrace, perfect for long summer evenings with friends. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy your time with a good glass of wine or simply use the great barbecue. The interior is elegantly and stylishly furnished. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, decorated in blue tones, from which you have direct access to the outdoor terrace. Also on the first floor there is a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The villa is suitable for ten people, as there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is immaculately furnished. You will also find in this property a small wellness area with Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi. Pool heating is available upon request at least one week prior to arrival; water temperature is also dependent on weather conditions. The pool can be heated until 15.05 and after 15.09. So do not hesitate, visit beautiful Rovinj and experience an unforgettable vacation!

Wonderful villa

Four bed and bath have everyone space while the communal areas were great too. Less than 30 min walk to town. Pool was big asset for kids.

GREAT MODERN VILLA WITH ALL MOD CONS

This is a really well set up villa, spacious, well laid out, pretty much brand new with fixtures and fittings to match. Did not use the sauna or BBQ but the jacuzzi and swimming pool were very clean and well maintained. There is an adequately stocked local supermarket within easy walking distance. The historic town centre and waterfront are just within walking distance but it's a bit of a slog, especially if it's hot. Easier to drive but parking is tight in Rovinj so we found a car park at about the halfway point which was usually less crowded and walked from there. The appliances in the property are brand new and generally easy to operate but it would have been helpful if instructions had been left. The owner is a really pleasant man and very obliging (though we had virtually no reason to call for his assistance thoughut our stay). The only point to watch out for is that the property is situated near some vacant lots on one of which there was construction work in progress. But there was little noise and we were not inconvenienced. All in all, the villa was a major part of what was a most enjoyable holiday and our thanks to the owner.
