This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. Elena helped arranging a shuttle so this made it much easier. Room was spacious, bathroom was great

The rooms are beautiful and cozy right in the middle of the old town with delicious dining options right out the front door. The available parking are public parking spots between 8-18min walk away as no cars can access the property. Also if you plan on using the nearby park to jump in the water I recommend bringing a beach towel!

Comfortable rooms in old town

Very nice room located right in old town Rovinj, comfortable and clean. Very welcoming couple met me on arrival and helped me to the room. Easy to communicate with them through their Whatsapp number for anything needed. They were among the nicest hotel people I have ever met and added to an already good experience. Building is located steps from many good restaurants and just around the corner from the sea. About a ten minute walk from the bus station. Would certainly like to stay here again when I return to Rovinj.

Best Place To Stay In Ravinj

The hotel is perfectly located and is in a quiet dead end small street. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, ok sized bathroom, very clean, good wifi, and breakfast was good. We did have to walk up to the third floor but they carried our luggage up for us. To be in the middle of everthing and yet have such a nice quiet room was unbelievable.

Super Nice Place

Lovely rooms, newly renovated, decorated in a fresh country style. SUPER clean, every spot of the room, stairs, entry is immaculate. Air condition unit in room came in handy during heat wave. Comfy bed with good mattress. Large shower. Location is super, just a few steps from the water, just after the famous Balbi Arch. Close to everything. 5 minute walk to parking area. Proprietors are very helpful. Our room was smaller than it looks in the picture, but still fine. Stairs may be steep for some guests.

The property has been done very nicely with good quality fittings/appliances, decor and is in top shape - a pleasure to stay in such accomodation when travelling. The hosts Eleni and Marco were gracious and helpful and their English is very good.

Right in the middle of everything, yet, you have yr privacy (its in a small back alley). Its tiny and narrow but that's how everything is in the old town anyways. The owners rennovated the house beautifully and took good care of us. Stayed 3 nights and would return again. Enjoy yor trip!

Cute little place in the old town, but very small. There is no parking, so it’s an extra expense and breakfast is not included. First shower turned cold within 4 minutes (water heater was turned down). Beds were listed as king, but they are queen size (although seemed a bit longer). For the money charged, an extra bottle of water or juice in the fridge would have been appreciated

Brilliant location

Less than a 2 min walk to the central square and harbour yet tucked away so it was not noisy. Whole house has been sympathetically renovated and beautifully decorated. Eleni and Marko are the most delightful hosts - so knowledgeable and full of good advice when needed ! We felt like honoured guests in their home - which indeed we were. As the house is in a pedestrian area, Eleni and Marko arranged to meet us nearby, transported our luggage and introduced us to the historic centre. What a welcome to a truly beautiful town.

Memorable stay

This is an absolute gem in Rovinj. Owners Elini and Marko are lovely people who made us feel welcome and at home. They were proactive in communicating with us and ensuring our arrival went smoothly. Marko was kind to help us lug our bag up the flight of stairs. The rooms are beautifully renovated while still keeping some of the original brickwork. Loved all the little amenities provided. You can really feel the effort taken by the owners into making this place special. Lastly we loved being in the heart of this lovely old historic town. Rovinj was a truly special place for us and we thank the hosts for making it even better.

Wonderful Accommodation in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly updated historic property in Rovinj. The suite was well appointed with a nice kitchenette, TV and air conditioning and beautifully decorated. We were warmly welcomed by the managers who explained the renovation and history of the property, which is conveniently located in the heart of historic Rovinj. We had a comfortable night and look forward to returning soon to a much longer stay. We highly recommend Hotel Duketis to future guests looking for comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality in Rovinj.

This cutest little hotel in the center of Rovinj!

This hotel is truly in the heart of Rovinj! Although a bit hidden, it is easy enough to get to and totally worth it once you do. Situated on a charming little street off, the property itself is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and decorated with creativity. The owners, Eleni and her husband are very helpful and super friendly. They have great recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Rovinj. This is my second time and Rovinj and if I ever visit again, I will definitely be staying at Rooms Duketis. Trust me, you do not want to stay anywhere else!

Great Comfortable Room in the City Center

If you are looking to stay in the city center this is a perfect location, near the Balbi Gate. This is not a hotel but a house that has been converted to individual rooms. You will be staying in a room in the house but the place has been immaculately remolded and you won't even see your neighbors unless you run into them in the hallways. The staff was always reachable, considerate, and more than willing to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My only complaint was since its so centrally located the noise from outside restaurants and shops can be a bit overbearing. But that's my own fault since I was partying until 0600 and then trying to sleep during the day when normal people are up and about..:) You won't need a taxi to get around since you are already in the main square. I arrived from Venice via a ferry and the port is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. If you want something quaint and subtle, this is your place. I will be staying again next year for the next Salsa Party!

Tolle Unterkunft

Super schöne Unterkunft, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Eleni und Marco haben uns toll empfangen. Nur als Tipp, für diejenigen, die sich mit Treppen schwertun: es gibt keinen Aufzug und es geht bis in den dritten Stock (auf Anfrage kriegt man aber bestimmt ein Zimmer in den unteren Etagen).
