Falsche Lage

Allgemeines: Das Haus an sich bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die siebte Person muss auf dem Sofa (kein explizites Schlafsofa). Es ist in einem ordentlichem Zustand und bietet alle benötigten Gerätschaften (kein Toaster). Es gab allerdings einige kleinere Verschmutzungen (Bettlaken, Wände, und vorallem sehr stark verschmutzte Auflagen für die Liegen). Es gab einen Stromausfall welcher nach ca. 30min behoben wurde. Die Sicherung im Haus flog recht häufig, wenn mehrere Geräte liefen. Übergabe/Check-out: Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich. Uns wurde mehrmals gedroht, dass wir für Schäden aufkommen müssten und auch, dass die Nachbarn die Polizei rufen würden. Insgesamt haben wir uns noch nie so unwillkommem in einem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Beim Check-out war sie etwas freundlicher, kam allerdings erst mit 30min Verspätung. Pool: Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und deswegen leicht verschmutzt. Er wurde dann nach paar Tagen von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter gereinigt. Es ist ein eigentlich sehr schöner Pool, hat aber leider das Problem, dass einige Fliesen sehr scharkantige Ecken haben und man sich an diesen die Zehen aufritzt. Lage: Die Lage des Hauses wird hier auf FeWo aktuell leider falsch angegeben. Statt wie angegeben in Rovinjsko Selo befindet sich das Haus in der Nähe von Štokovci. Und somit deutlich weiter im Landesinneren. An sich ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus, welches leider einige Macken aufweist.
