Great location but had some issues…

The location was great - can walk almost everywhere and was in the center of everything. While the host was very nice, I had several issues. The WiFi did not work at all for most of my stay and when they finally resolved the issue it was slow and spotty. Also, the window in my room had no curtain… so be aware if you like it dark when you’re sleeping or bring an eye mask. Also, I got a recommendation where to park from the host and got a parking ticket while I was parked there.

Great but no wi-fi

This property I would have given 5 stars but there was no internet. The wifi connection only showed available about 40% of the time and when it did there was 1 bar, not even able to check my email. I restarted router and modem several times with no luck. That said, the property was in a great location, very clean, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The property manager was excellent. She helped me with several questions and was a great person. If they get the internet fixed this is a GREAT place.

Roomy one-floor space in prime Old Town location

Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. Washroom door is opaque/translucent glass, so be aware that you can see parts into it from the bedroom space. Older stand-up shower but newly renovated sink space. Check-in is arranged with the host via WhatsApp, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the host to show up to let us in after we informed them that we had arrived at the address.

Quick 2 day visit to Rovinj

Excellent location, great service for check-in and check-out, and comfortable room! Only confusion is that parking is at the property management office and we are shuttled in and out with our luggage on a golf cart! Because this property is under new management, I missed their initial e-mail directions (since I didn't recognize the sender). Other than this initial confusion, we really enjoyed our stay here!
