Rovinj Borik September 2024

Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwhg. Lea in Rovinj Borik. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schöne Möbel, toll ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, Regendusche, schöne Terrasse. Es ist einfach alles da, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Gartenanteil, auch für Hunde super geeignet. Von der Wohnung geht man in max. 10 min. ans Meer. Hundestrand, normaler Strand, schöne Beach Bar, was will man mehr? 🤗 Kleiner Supermarkt ist fast um die Ecke. Nach Rovinj läuft man ca. 40 min immer am Meer entlang, traumhaft! Es fährt auch eine Bimmelbahn immer zwischen Zentrum und Borik hin und her, aber da dürfen Hunde nicht mitfahren 🤔. Wir sind fast immer gelaufen. Es gibt aber auch einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz (Istarska ulica 25, Rovinj). Von dort geht man in 10 min. zum Hafen von Rovinj. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sofort auf Fragen reagiert und antwortet (sie spricht perfekt deutsch) hat uns sehr, sehr freundlich betreut. Eine Garage ist auch bei der Wohnung dabei. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem schönen Wohnviertel. Aber auch gut gelegen, um schöne Ausflüge zu machen. Alles sehr schnell und gut erreichbar (Pula, Porec, Novigrad, Opatija, Groznjan etc.). Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung und zählen die Tage, bis wir wieder hinfahren können. Viele liebe Grüße an Fr. Ciliberti 🤗

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden <3

Unser Aufenthalt in der schönen Fewo Lea war rundum gelungen. Frau Ciliberti hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns ihre Fewo übergeben. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Rundum alles bestens

Wir hatten uns sehr kurzfristig für eine Woche Urlaub in Rovinj entschieden. Trotzdem hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt gut, hat einen separaten Zugang und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Über die Klimaanlage kann man auch heizen, was zu dieser Jahreszeit auch mal erforderlich war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch. Ich sehe keinerlei negative Punkte. Es war eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Entspannung pur

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine sehr schöne und hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bekommen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist ein modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein ... Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter. Viele Grüße, Sabine und Joachim
