This charming apartment for 3 persons is located on the third floor of Galant Residence with a beautiful view on the city of Rovinj. Apartment Dream consists of a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a dining area. There's an exit from the living room to a spacious balcony (12m2) where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade. The apartment has two air conditioned bedrooms. One of the bedroom has a single bed while the other bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is located 1 km from the center of Rovinj, in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and numerous beaches. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias. There are 6 parking places on the property. Porton Biondi is a beach located 300 meters from Residence Galant. The base of the beach is concrete and pebble. Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, sandy beach volleyball and other sports and recreation. Several places on the beach include bars / restaurants and pedal boats and deck chairs. The view from the beach of the old town of Rovinj is simply breathtaking.
