Easy to get to from the airport. Clean and quiet. Restaurant meals were good. Breakfast good, but kept running out of options, which weren't replaced. A lot of what was supposed to be hot was cold. Shower was cold with no hot water on our first full day. Reported it but was just told they had been having problems! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My room didn't have any opening windows, and seeing as we couldn't turn down the heating, it was ridiculously not. Staff did supply us with a fan when requested. Paying to park was a bit of a cheek. Check in process took way too long.

Lovely hotel in a great location

As part of a larger trip, this has been such a pleasant stay! The staff has all been friendly and helpful, the room is clean, modern, and comfortable, and we’ve been able to walk or drive around so easily. The only, very minor, issue has been the size of the shower; it is so small that I continuously bump my elbows against the walls. Not a big problem, though.
