We stayed in one of the igloo and it was the most unique and magical experience. Felt like we were in a fairytale. We arrived too early for check in but Marina was so kind and helpful. She kept our luggages for us and had them delivered to our igloo. She went above and beyond helping us look for activities to do the following day. She called multiple places to check availabilities and send links to a few others. She took the time and care to make sure we were taken care of even outside of our stay at the property. 10/10. Highly recommend!
