House with a large yard where you can even play football frisbee. You can barbecue in the backyard and enjoy the scenery or catch the aurora lights. You can launch your boat into the river from the adjacent boat launch. Loud parties are not suitable for the location, as there are other residents nearby (Silence 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Very nice place to catch northern lights. There is no light pollutions.
