Bad customer Service. This hotel is completely inconsiderate. My flight was delayed by a full day, and they refused to let me cancel the reservation or adjust my check-in and check-out dates. I ended up having to pay for an extra night for nothing, with most of the cost non-refundable. Very disappointing experience!

Our stay was good. The vent in the bathroom does not work, room 255. No usb outlets in the room like other hotels. The hotel is a nice place to stay
