This historic property of the 1920s is composed of a modern kitchen, brightvia and spacious living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
It offers a garden not overlooked, decorated with a beautiful pool. You will enjoy a wonderful view of the ochre cliffs of Roussillon! Its location is ideal. It is 7 minute-walk from the center of the village with all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, butcher, supermarket, restaurants and cafes, shops, market, friendly evening events in summer, etc.).
On the ground floor:
- Kitchen-dining room very well equipped, with air-conditioning. All the windows can be opened.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer
- 2 bathrooms with 1 walk-in shower, 1 basin and toilet each
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90x190cm, wardrobe, Dyson fans
- 1 living-room with a flat screen
