This is a rustic vacation rental located in Round Top, Texas, and can accommodate four guests. This rental is a shipping container converted to a miniature eco-friendly paradise. It is all about style and simplicity, and it maximizes the use of its 300 square feet of space. It has one bedroom with two twin beds and the full-size couch in the living room pulls out to provide additional sleeping. In the efficient Hollywood bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.



This accommodation is the ultimate in sustainability with features such as windows that were recycled from a school destined for demolition and countertops taken from a bowling alley. Every piece in this rental tells a story. Even the decorations were collected by the owner on his travels around the world. In the living room, guests can sink into the sofa and enjoy the simple comforts of life by listening to a record on the record player or reading one of the books from the provided selection. The kitchenette is open to the living room and is equipped with a sink, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a coffeemaker. In the morning, guests can pull up a stool at the kitchen bar to enjoy their coffee and a bite before heading out for the day to explore Round Top.



Outside, there is a hammock and comfortable Adirondack chairs around a fire pit for outdoor rest and relaxation in nature.



This eco-chic rental is all about sustainable, simple living. There is no TV so that guests may take advantage of their vacation in the country to disconnect.
