We have renovated our apartment giving it an industrial touch, we hope you enjoy it! Ideally located, it is a 2-minute walk from the Rouen SNCF train station and a 5-minute walk from the center of Rouen. Located on the 1st floor overlooking a terrace, you will be quiet to rest after a long day of work or visit!

35m2 apartment with one bedroom.
Located on the 1st floor, without elevator.
Inflatable mattress very thick (50 cm) that inflates electrically can accommodate a 3rd person or 2 people wanting to sleep separately.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle ...
We do not give breakfast but you will have coffee, tea, sugar and all the necessary to cook.
Bathroom and separate WC.
In the living room, we left a playstation 3 with some games and 2 controllers.

Quelques améliorations souhaitables

Très bien situé, propre, mais un propriétaire peu communicant. Les personnes déléguées pour l'arrivée et les interventions "techniques" sont charmantes et notamment la personne qui est venue me dépanner (2 fois). Petits problèmes matériels tels que grille-pain défaillant et remplacé, utilisation de la télévision vraiment pas évidente puisque aucune notice disponible, mauvaise information de la personne chargée de l'accueil à l'arrivée quant au fonctionnement de la chaudière, baignoire sans bonde de fermeture, aucun sèche-serviette dans la salle de bains, porte d'entrée laissée ouverte par les occupants de l'immeuble et entrainant la coupure de la minuterie du couloir (guère pratique lorsque l'on rentre le soir), poignée de casserole cassée, épluche-légumes défaillant, et dès l'arrivée, une tringle à rideaux qui tombe... Aspirateur archi-plein que j'ai dû vider et nettoyer... Compte tenu du prix, cette location gagnerait à être améliorée avec un peu plus de soin de la part du propriétaire à l'égard de ses locataires.

Appartement agréable , trés bien situé

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement tranquille . Une base de produit de premières necessités à disposition , c'est bien pratique et trés aimable je trouve . Je recommande cet adresse .
