Very well located in city center
The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, it is light, well located, well decorated.
There are some small repairs that need to be done in the kitchen cabinet (I found a litle bit dangerous to open the plates drawer, it can all fall if you are not carefull) and in one of the toilets, the shower was broken. But all in all, the apartment is very nice and cosy to stay.

Comme dit à l'agence qui gère l'appartement, nous avons été déçu par les prestations par rapport aux prestations annoncées.Pommeau de douche fixé avec de la ficelle bleue et qui n'est pas réglable, meuble hauts de cuisine pas fixés, la table de cuisine n'est que pour 4 personnes, il y a bien 6 chaises mais 2 personnes mangent les jambes contre un placard, pas d'ascenseur pendant " jours et l'appartement est au 4ème étage. Aucune réponse de l'agence à notre message envoyé en cours de séjour.
A part un petit coup de ménage plus approfondi qui aurait été bienvenu sur les portes de placard (traces de doigts, traces sur les verres), le logement a parfaitement répondu à notre besoin (w.end à 6 amies). Points positifs : proximité de la place du Vieux Marché et literie approuvée par nous 6.

Logement à entretenir
Nous avons passé un séjour avec ma famille, et nous devions signaler plusieurs choses au propriétaire.
La tringle à rideau dans l’une des chambres étaient en train de pencher et pouvait tomber à tout moment. Un des lavabo de la salle de bains était bouché par de nombreux cheveux nous devions donc le déboucher. Une des portes de la chambre ne peut pas se fermer le verrou est complètement cassé. Les placards de la cuisine ont mal été installé donc peur de les casser à chaque fois qu’on les ouvre.
C’est dommage qu’après tant de commentaires négatifs sur le signalement des ces défauts lié au logement l’hôte n’agisse pas pour les corriger car un entretien de rénovation est nécessaire pour la sécurité des locataires.
