Good value accommodation choice

I was pleased to stay here for 4 nights exploring the Rouen area. The location is not central but walkable to the main sights via Rue Du Renard and Rue Cauchois ,also the SNCF station is not far .alternatively Bus 5 or F1 can take you to centre from short walk to local bus stop. The property is located on 4th floor and benefits from an elevator and secure entry system. Nice big balcony with good city view The wi-fi is excellent but no TV. Furniture provided is basic for needs but not very comfortable chairs and no bedside table. A cafetiere , toaster,hob, microwave with grill function are available for self catering needs . The shower is not modern being controlled by mixer tap and it is necessary to step in the bath to use the shower. Shower is efficient nonetheless.There is also a washing machine , clothes drier and ironing facilities for laundry. Overall I found the facilities to be excellent value for the cost of my stay here.

Le studio est bien, sans plus. Point agréable, le lit est fait quand on arrive. Sinon, petite déception car il n'y a rien du tout dans les placards: même pas un fond de sel, et surtout aucun produit ménager pour laisser l'endroit propre. Petit souci avec le propriétaire qui n'était pas joignable à notre arrivée, du coup nous avons attendu 1h30 dans la voiture...
