Receiving Dutch business friends living in Bangkok during a short visit it was convenient to do it on this location. The 'WELCOME' was :0 .The coffee at the bar :Served very badly. The welcome in the restaurant was warm and clear about the choice. The 'carte' give enough choice..and the quality was very OK ,as well as the service.Room for improvement but overall OK !
We stayed here on a cycling trip. The hotel is located on the edge of town along the highway. It is easy access for cars and also bikes. The bummer is you are far away from the main part of town so unless you bike back into town you eat at the hotel or McDonald's next door. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, nearly renovated with great spaces. Excellent indoor bike storage! Rooms were fine although lacking a hairdryer which is hard for me. The beds and linens were good and good temperature controls. We chose to eat in the hotel after a beer at the modem bar area. It was a nice place to hang out. We kept dinner simple, sharing a few items which were very good. Service was also good. Wasn't my ideal hotel location wise for our purposes but definitely a solid hotel.
Not the most inviting from outward appearance (totally black building), located off motorway, along side a MacDonald's (in hindsight, probably better to have eaten there). Arrived with a coach party and although late, check-in did not take too long. Room and Bathroom clean. Coffee making machine provided, but no coffee! Evening dinner timed for 8pm (we arrived approx 7:10pm). Food plain, but hot (except for being served on cold plates). Served with watery soup, no explanation as to what type (even the waitress didn't know), not that it would have made any difference as it resembled stock. Vegetables ran out halfway through serving, so had to wait for more to be cooked. This happened on all 3 night stay!!! Ice-cream dessert on second night, with no alternative offered. Some of our party had to go without main course due to only alternative option being a hastily warmed up inedible frozen quiche. Bath towels were not replenished and on enquiry at reception, we were handed 2 hand towels! Good buffet breakfast selection (although limited hot options: Scrambled Egg, Bacon and boiled eggs (tiniest chicken eggs I've ever seen). Another coach party arrived early one morning, consumed most of breakfast fare, so we were met with uncleared tables, an empty coffee machine and limited breakfast food! Our coach driver took the Manager to task (once he put in an appearance) regarding our complaints. We were provided with an alternative Evening Dinner option and free wine on our last night. However this would not have been necessary if correct service as both offered and agreed had been provided. It was blatantly obvious that they want the income and custom, but for very limited outlay! This Hotel needs to up it's game. Employ (And train) more staff and Improve it's customer services. Sadly Not one I would recommend.
Breakfast was rubbish waste of money unless you like bacon egg and bread maybe put some other items on the menu but overall thestaff and hotel is very clean and good place to stay i would defo reccomend it to others
The hotel has apparently had a recent renovation, and it is AMAZING. The interior is laid out extremely stylishly with nothing to fault! The room was perfectly quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also super.
Rooms very dark and bare beds comfatale no facilities in the room tea/coffees or hair driers reasonable hotel for business purposes only food Ok breakfast typical fare wouldn't opt to stay here unless for business purposes only value for money,I guess so
Stopped here for a night on business, had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Room and facilities were all clean and fresh, staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great hotel for a short stay.
I stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends as we were visiting Dordrecht. The hotel is situated just outside of Dordrecht, about a 10 minute taxi ride away from the centre, more in an industrial area so is quiet at the weekend but I suspect very popular with business people during the week. It is a modern hotel, decorated in a modern style. Rooms are an average size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. Everything was in good order and very clean. My room faced the motorway and there was some traffic noise although not enough to disturb my sleep but if this would bother you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast. WiFi was free and a decent speed. All the staff I spoke with were very polite and helpful.
Was here in October for one Night. Online booking had failed. Friendly+helpful receptionist was doubling up as barman. Bar area was plagued by swarms of fruit-flies. Total lack of local restaurants open past 19:00 meant 5 weary travelers were forced to eat in the hotel restaurant where the food was just average. Room was no more than I would expect for a hotel of this type.
It is a hotel nearby the highway in a industrial area. No problem if you have a car and a very quiet hotel. Room was OK, breakfast was good but not exceptional. For all: price/quality = perfect. It is a big hotel, but not crowded at all.
