Springfield Sun Trap - Great Family Friendly House with Spa & Sleep Out

Come and relax in this Springfield Sun Trap. It's a great family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and a spacious living area opening out to the deck. Out on the deck, you'll enjoy all day sun while you cook a BBQ or relax in the Spa Pool. The house has a huge (fully fenced) back yard for the kids to run around and safely play. The house also has a brand new insulated and double glazed sleep-out with it's own ensuite bathroom.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

Wonderful spot for a getaway
Property offered everything we could need for our 4 day get away. House was clean tidy and well presented with everything you might need. Great outdoor areas and fully fenced so it was safe for our toddler to explore. Nice location in a 10-15 min drive to most attractions. We didn't use the spa or bbq so no review on those aspects.

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Rototua. We had 9 people fit quite comfortably. Only small thing was lack of cooking supplies for making meals for such a large family. Otherwise it was great.

Absolutely beautiful place in a great location, convenient to Rotorua. The fireplace was a particularly welcome touch on a cold, rainy winter's day. The spa was also a key luxury that made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and indulgent.

Wonderfully equipped accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood. The place was ideal for our 5 day stay. The kids enjoyed the spa, trampoline and tree lookout. The spacious garden was immaculately maintained. One of the best holiday homes which we stayed in in Australia & New Zealand. We'll be back!
