Welcome to our spacious retreat perfect for families or large groups, easily able to accommodate up to 10 people. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a generous living space in a modern retro style. Open plan living with doors out to a large balcony offer all day sun, and views of the surrounding rooftops and Mount Ngongotaha - the perfect place to drink your morning coffee, or enjoy a BBQ. Downstairs is a rumpus area with king single bunk beds, and space for the kids to make some noise.

Family gathering
This property had everything we required. We really did feel at home. Comfortable, good off street parking. We enjoyed the feijoas from the garden. Yummy. Handy to everything. Would stay again.

Roomy clean house, rather unusual layout over 3 stories. Furniture appeared to be a mix of Op Shop seconds. Beds were good. No instructions for TV, or any welcoming letter explaining about the house.
