Waterside Villa was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway!! The hous was clean, comfortable and ideally located for our needs! The children loved the pool and outside space. We also enjoyed the boardgames. It rained several times during our stay and the boardgames provided the perfect family bonding time away from our screens. The kitchen was well appointed and functioned perfectly for our stay. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family and would absolutely stay again. We are a family of 5 and my mother traveled with us.

Cute little rental

The rental is as cute as it's pictures but unfortunately, the ac decided to quit on the first day we arrived. Tarpon Rentals was quick to send out an ac guy but the part that needed to be replaced wouldn't arrive for a week. Tarpon jumped into action and got us into one of their other rentals which was super nice and also in the same neighborhood. The mosquitos were terrible since the house sits on the canal so make sure to pack plenty of mosquito spray if you want to enjoy the pool.
