Come and enjoy the sunshine! A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private electrically heated pool, situated in Rotonda West overlooking a greenbelt and small lake on the Long Marsh golf course. The home sleeps 6 guests in great comfort.



The large living room has plenty of seating for everyone in the family and a wall of sliders out to the lanai and pool area. To the right is a formal dining room with direct access to the kitchen. The nook has table and chairs and a door out to the lanai.



The well-equipped kitchen has all appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher), plenty of storage and a breakfast bar.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The primary en-suite bathroom has double vanities, deep soaking tub for you to kick back and relax and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliders out to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The family bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers.



This home has Streaming TV (all with DVD's) in the living room, bedrooms 2 and 3; and hi-speed internet. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer and additional storage. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



The large lanai and pool area has a dining table with chairs and loungers. The pool has optional electric heat. There is also a propane gas BBQ Grill. In the garage there are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and three bicycles for guests to use.

House was great but we didn’t t know pool guy was coming . He was right out side room at 830am talking on phone freaked out my wife. We put trash out and went out for day that nite we came back trash cans were moved not together but on opposite corners of driveway . I put them together like others on street did .That’s it had great time ty

This is a review for 94 Mariner Lane

This is a review for 94 Mariner Lane, not Gulf Tranquility as shown, the wrong property has been sent to us to review. Marina Lane that we stayed in was a very beautiful property, even nicer inside than the photographs suggested. It was very well styled and immaculately clean and new. We were very happy when we arrived and saw how lovely it was. Furnishing were gorgeous and very comfortable, very good quality appliances. The pool was slightly smaller than the photo suggested but still very pleasant, outdoor table and chairs were good. Two bikes were supplied (it would have been even better if there were three!) and we took a few lovely bike rides around the neighbourhood. Well maintained gardens, lovely, friendly neighbour. We wished we had booked for longer and would love to go again. Suggestions: A comprehensive guest guide in the property would have been welcome to overseas visitors unfamiliar with the garage fob/coffee maker/oven/main door locking operational procedures. They may be standard features in the US, but not to UK folk, and it would have saved some frustration and puzzlement when we arrived on a Saturday when the service office was closed for the weekend. Also, as shops were some distance away, a guest welcome basket of essential staples would have been very welcome. We had to buy everything, including dishwasher/washing machine/toilet tissue supplies which wasn't economical for an 11 day stay. Overall, a fantastic property.

A wonderful home for our vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very clean, the pool was cool, but nice, and the garage had some wonderful extras for our trip to the beach (chairs, toys etc.). The location was perfect with many things to do within a short drive. We chose this location as we had family close and we were able to drive a short distance to visit. The only thing would be that we stayed for a whole week, so if you are staying more than a couple days, bring more TP, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs etc.

Relaxing home away from home

The home was very clean-a pleasure to return to after excursions to the beach, golfing and visiting relatives. Cooking and eating there was also enjoyable as the dishes, cookware, tables and chairs were of good quality. Enjoyed the pool as well. The outdoor table is flaking some so we avoided resting our arms there. Management, Mike Ruiz, was exceptionally receptive to our questions and needs! Would definitely stay there again!!

Relaxing home in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved our Thanksgiving stay at this property. It truly gives you the impression of a home away from home. It had all the necessities needed to be away from home. We wish it had a few extra things given that we were there for 5 days and what we bought was if we were there for a month because they dont come in small sizes, such as dish washer soap, detergent, spices and a few other little things that would have been helpful to have on had. We left ours there in the hope to help others that come after us. We had such a great time and created many new memories with our family. The pool on the property was great and we took full advantage of it.
