The home is nicely appointed and very close to great restaurants and beaches. The pool area is amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together, but still get privacy when desired. Would recommend for family gatherings or friend groups.

We enjoyed are stay. Everything thing was close. Some of the pool toys need to be cleaned or updated. Lots of mold on some of them. We did wash what we used really good! Dryer was tricky but my husband figured it out. Other than that it was really nice. We really enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

Someone put away dirty dishes before we arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal. Many, many more positives about the house. Outstanding recreation equipment. Many big TVs. Best chaise chairs I’ve used. Highly recommend the house!

Beautiful Rotunda West

This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The pool was a definite highlight and made the stay even more special. What really stood out was how accommodating the host was, especially with our late flight on checkout day. That extra flexibility was so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Quite and private

Looking for a place to unwind? We just found it. With the 40 or so palm trees in the backyard guarding the rear of the home from the golfers and the overall layout of the home, it would be hard to find a better play to relax and unwind. It was perfect for us.

Private Retreat

Wonderful relaxing vacation

The property is beautiful and very private with the lovely palms keeping it secluded from the golf course that runs behind it . Property Management is excellent. Due to the quick turn over of clients the property seemed very clean on the surface but needed some deep cleaning that the Property Managers took care of immediately . We loved the property so much we are going back next year.

The house was every bit as beautiful, clean and equipped as the online description. There was just about everything we could need. PLENTY of spices for cooking and ample cookware and dishes. The house was beautiful and spotless and we would rent again in a heartbeat

Amazing Lanai!

We really enjoyed our 3-week stay at Sandtree Palms! The lanai and heated pool were amazing - we loved watching football and eating meals outside. Really appreciated the pool solar cover, which kept the pool nice and warm even on cool days. The sun loungers were the most comfortable we’ve used and the host provides lots of pool floats and toys (as well as beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, and shelling tools) for hours of fun in the sun. The home wasn’t perhaps as clean as expected given the amazing reviews, but with some quick organizing, folding, and spot cleaning of the floors and counters, it was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were tons of extra linens. The home is conveniently located on the north side of the neighborhood with easy access to both the beaches and the retail area in Port Charlotte/North Port. Also appreciated the clear communication with the host. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Rotonda West stay

This property was very clean and very well stocked. It had more items than most VRBO homes that we have stayed with. It was a wonderful day! The children spent many hours in the pool while we were home. It was also close enough for us to make trips to Fort Myers Sanibel, Venice, and siesta key.

Rotonda Rental

Beautiful rental! We Enjoyed the property from the minute we walked in the door on 2-24 until we left on sadly on 3-30. The home is lovely and the rooms are amazing. The den/office was wonderful for working/xbox. We spent most of the time on the lanai and in the pool. The home is very lovely and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to make your meals. Plus, the spice cabinet is loaded. The Lanai is very relaxing with comfortable furniture. The home will not disappoint! The property managers- Michael and Lorna are amazing, they were prompt on responding. The area has lots to offer for food, beaches and shopping- all less than 30 minutes. We will look to rent again in the future! Hugs!

Family Friendly

This property over excelled in being family friendly! My daughter’s family was traveling with us and has a baby and toddler and she found everything she needed, from strollers to high chairs and toys. It really made her life so much easier. The home was very clean, well stocked kitchen to feed the family, pool WELL stocked for fun, bikes, and everything you can think of for a day at the beach! The neighborhood was great as well. Highly recommended.

Comfortable space with a great pool and a beach theme

Sandtree Palms was a wonderful place for our family over Christmas. The pool was wonderful and heated just right. The space was very comfortable for hanging out, watching tv/movies/sports, and for a family dinner. Everything was as good as advertised and we would love to stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Great house for extended family!

We found the house to be great. The layout was great. The kitchen was fully outfitted with more than most rentals usually have. The heated pool was great the kids stayed in it for a long time even though the air temperature was not all that warm when we visited. The sitting area outside was great! Overall the house was great for our group, everything was as expected and very clean!

Great neighborhood - house and property management less than great

PROS: - Convenient location - close to the beach - Great neighborhood - Well-equipped home - GREAT Christmas Parade! CONS: - Nails in the driveway - Cold pool (with no option to turn up heater) - Unannounced visitors (property management, pool cleaner, lawn mower) - Appliances had issues (dishwasher and oven) - Lights around the pool didn't work - Outdoor speakers didn't work - Neighbor warned of allegators frequently being in the yard - Lots of daily maintenance to property (pool cover, outdoor furniture covers, umbrella covers that require a ladder, lights, chair cushion covers) - poor range and quality of wifi
