Nestled in Rotonda West, this paradise home offers 4 bedrooms - 2 with king beds(full closets, 1 master walk-in)and 2 with queen beds(1 full closet). With amenities like AC, a washing machine, dryer, grill, fully supplied kitchen, ample beach and pool toys, pool and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, pickleball sets, and WiFi, guests can relax in the 3 bathrooms featuring a shower and jetted bathtub. An additional office space with 1 full bed and 1 twin raised trundle bed provides extra comfort. The home comes equipped with a crib mattress and brand new pack and play/play yard for those smaller guests. Our home is located with easy access to many beautiful beaches! With quick and direct access to the beautiful Boca Grande Island(less than 10 mins away!), you can enjoy quiet beach days with less crowded beaches. Quick access to all of Englewood's beaches allows for amazing sunset nights. Rent a boat from a number of local marina's within 15 mins of Rotonda West. Bring your clubs and enjoy playing on one or all 5 of the golf courses located with-in the Rotonda West community! All levels are welcome! The local restaurants can't be beat, with local food and local atmosphere, you will find many to enjoy! Be sure to check out the community park and partake in a game of tennis or pickleball! The house was in a lovely, quiet location with views of alligators floating past the screened lanai on most afternoons. There was plenty of bedding, towels, pool floats, beach toys, and games - don't worry about packing your own! The host was readily available to answer any questions. Ten of us (mostly kids) stayed for over a week during Christmas break and flew home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The house and property was amazing for a family get-together. Close to Gasparilla Island as well as restaurants and shopping. Spacious for at least 6-7 people, 8 or nine if they have small kids (2-8 years old). The only complaint was the grill, it barely worked and there was a 1/2 tank of propane. But, its honestly such a minor complaint. My family had a great time and would stay there again.

We love coming to Rotonda West and this house did not disappoint. Kim was great to work with and replied in no time. The house was very clean and the pool area was amazing. The house has more towels than we have ever had. The washer and dryer was very fast and efficient. Every light switch is labeled so you dont spend half your week figuring out which switch does what!The 5th room/office is out in the open. It wasnt a problem with our family. The youngest (14) was the last one up everynight. Overall great rental.
