The house, pool, and sunsets are best in class. The house is stocked very well for cooking , beach days , and extra bedding & towels. Lastly, Mike the property manager was easy and excellent to work with and was heaven sent when I forgot my bag at the property. Highly recommend this rental for our families or even a couple looking for privacy. I will be back!

This house was perfect for a summer vacation. Our own peace and quiet while being continently close to beautiful beaches! When there was an issue with the property, Mike immediately responded and had the issue addressed.

Left the cold north for a couple of days

Beautifully maintained.. had everything you could possibly need.. Pool and hot tub easily accessible. Warm and welcoming home. Mike was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this home 10

Amazing villa and location

We loved this villa from the moment we crossed the threshold. Peaceful location with amazing views. Very well equipt. Mike the agent was so helpful. We can find no fault whatsoever with this property! Totally recommend!

Fantastic Place

We have stayed in this area before and return regularly as we live it so much. And this house was just fantastic, we all loved it, the view of the lake is amazing, and you can see the tee of the golf course. We saw loads of amazing wildlife. The house was a great size the master bedrooms were amazing, great showers with baths as well. Everything you needed was in the house, we have no issue at all staying here. We I’ll definitely be returning. The hosts were great communication was fantastic. They have beach stuff in the garage, which made beach days nice and easy. Well worth stay here and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much Mike for everything.

Spacious home with a view

This home is idea for a family of six. It is clean, well stocked, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and beautifully situated over looking a pond and the gulf course. Mike had everything in order after a hurricane where the majority of the homes in the area were damaged. The pool was great and the hot tub was awesome. There are bikes for riding around in the neighborhood, Cornhole games for the evening, and the home was immaculate! Thanks Mike for a great stay.

Peaceful and tranquil - lovely villa

My first stay in this property, although I have experienced previous villas in Rotonda. This is the best by far, with lovely pool and spa, and very tastefully decorated with a seaside flavour. All needs are met with the equipment provided and nice to meet the excellent villa managers Mike and Madeline - I shall return !!

Wonderful vacation in Rotonda West

We spent 2 weeks at this property and can’t think of a better place to stay. The pool and spa were wonderful and the sunsets every night were amazing. The house is in great condition. We had an issue with the pool remote and Mike was very quick to provide a solution. I’ve rented several different homes in Rotonda and this is the best. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great getaway!

This rental property was perfect for us! It was in a great location. Lots of golf around at a reasonable price. Serene setting overlooking a pond and fairway of the Pine Valley course. Home was fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Heated pool and spa was a bonus! Mike ,the property manager were always there when needed! Will rent again in the future!

Definitely a keeper!

This is was first time for us to choose a place that did not have any reviews so we were a little hesitant, but our worries were definitely pushed aside once we opened the doors! Mike and his wife went out of their way to make sure that everything was upscale and above and beyond our expectations. From the sheets to the towels and from the plates to the mattresses they did not skip a beat. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves in the big house. Plenty of room, oversized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Even an office that came in handy for me. The BBQ grill seemed to be new as well as the appliances. It was a bonus to have beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler for our beach trip that was only about 20 min away. The neighborhood was so serene and quiet, perfect for our daily walks. Watching the beautiful sunset each night as we sat outside in the very nice furniture having a drink was what we need during this time. So don’t hesitate to book this place, you will not be disappointed at all. Mike was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Very accommodating We will be back🤗
