Beautiful location, very pretty safe neighborhood, I would go back definitely!! Tons of restaurants and little bars and ice cream shops, lg stores like cvs and wal mart, as well as boutique and souvenir shops 10 minutes away!! The house had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable

Jeff & Francine’s home was very nice: great layout, good size - plenty of room and seating, nice pool, good location, close to the beaches, and we really enjoyed watching the sunrise, birds & golfers from the Florida room. Jeff & Francine were very attentive hosts.

Our stay went very smooth. Owners communicated instructions in a timely manner and were very accessible for questions. House was great! Super clean and had a peaceful beachy ambiance. Loved the pool access to the bathroom. All rooms were comfortable, plenty of space to gather. All was great! Would love to stay again!

Beautiful House!

My siblings and I were in the area for our mother’s funeral. It was so nice to come back to a place that felt so homey. If I’m ever back in the area with my kids, they would love it too. It was clean, spacious, the owners made sure I knew they were available if I needed them, and the checkout process and responsibilities were very reasonable.

Sprig Break with Family in Rotunda

A great value for a clean 4 Bedroom rental on a golf course. Beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances were updated and there was never a shortage of hot water for showers. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The Grandchildren loved the heated pool and morning sun in the covered lanai. A few amenities were disappointing but not enough to spoil our fun or warrant a negative review. For the size of our group 5 thin beach towels, 4 folding camp chairs and one tiny umbrella were of little use at the beach. More silverware and better quality cookware would have been greatly appreciated since the small charcoal grill wasn’t really useful for outdoor cooking. I would’t hesitate to rent again in the future.

Great location, clean and spacious home.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and well kept. Pool area was spacious and it was entertaining to watch the golfers on the course behind the house. Highly recommend staying at this home!

Great family home

This was a great home for a Florida get away with family and friends. We had two families with young children staying at the house and fit everyone extremely comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen / living room were great size for everyone to feel like there was space to cook and relax. Close to great beaches and golf as well! We appreciated the communication from the property owners and would highly recommend staying.

Perfect family getaway

Place was amazing. This home was absolutely beautiful and cozy. Our whole family truly enjoyed it. It was very accommodating with everything you could need. The communication was absolutely amazing. Florida Stayacation

We loved staying here as it was a great getaway for our family. Everything was clean and ready for us when arrived which was nice. We really liked being out by the pool and a spent a lot of time. It is centrally located from a few beaches and took less than 30 minutes to get to any of them. We definitely had a great time and would come back here again.
