Casa Mar Van Beautiful newly renovated Home on Canal Heated Pool w/Spa andLanai
5/5 Excellent
"Fabulous spot for a FL escape! Before arrival, the host made sure we had all needed info for an easy check in. When we arrived, we felt very welcome and appreciated, with all of the personal touches left for us throughout the home. I contacted the host a few times with questions and she was very quick to reply. She couldn't have been nicer! She clearly cares about her renters and providing a memorable and happy experience. The home itself was just as pictured, though the beauty of the backyard area was even more grand than expected. We were greeted each morning with an amazing display of bird life, as well as occasional gator sightings along the canal. The lanai was definitely the favorite spot to hang out.The interior was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation stay, including comfy beds, a living area with TV, streaming options, & games, and a dining room with pool & canal views. There was also a separate coffee bar setup for the coffee lovers! The location is ideal, in a nice neighborhood with lovely neighbors and very central to loads of local interests. It's a quick drive to the grocery and any number of restaurants. The beaches and local towns (Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, among others) are also nearby and easily accessible. There's a very helpful list of favorite local attractions, restaurants, & places to visit, making it easy to find things to do. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway!"
