Discover the beauty of Rotonda West from this 3-bedroom house. Step inside and be greeted by a soothing and enjoyable atmosphere. The spacious living room offers a cool and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. With a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen bed, our bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for all guests.
We are under 15 min away from the gorgeous Island Boca Grand, and multiple other beaches. A recreational Park that offers a Pool park, and trails is withing a short drive . A canal in the backyard for a kayaking, fishing and sitting by relaxing waters.
You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Host had great communication when the ac did not work

Upon arrival our unit B was very warm and the ac unit didn’t seem to be working properly to cool it lower than 84 degrees. We contacted our host and within a few hours a repairman was out to check unit and determined it needed a more lengthy repair. Our host offered to move us to the neighboring unit A that was perfect for our needs.

Great place and great location for our family

This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.

Great Property and Great Host!

We rented Viktoria's property at the least minute on New Year's Eve after a mix-up with a competing rental company. She responded quickly and my family was able to get into the property within an hour of renting it! The property is basically a brand new home, immaculately clean, and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!
