Apartamento de 3 dormitorios, recientemente renovado y con magníficas vistas al mar. We had a fantastic stay very at this apartment in Bute. The location is excellent, a short drive or even a walk from the ferry. It’s close enough to the shops, cafes, and restaurants to get around on foot.The property itself was fantastic and very welcoming toward pets. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We will hope to book again on our return trips to the island!

This is a delightful well-equipped flat overlooking the harbour and only a few minutes walk to the ferry docks and shops. We were on the island during a two day storm with high winds and rain and yet we were cozy and comfortable and well-entertained in this flat. We would love to come again for another stay. There are still paths and beaches to discover in this beautiful island. And the residents were warm and welcoming.
The photo doesn’t do justice to the huge storm raging outside. Great fun watching the waves, the ferries landing, etc

The apartment is so beautiful inside with a wood burning stove and cosy bedrooms and living space. There is more than enough space and the host is very accommodating and friendly. We felt right at home here.

This flat is fantastic, clean, spacious, and wood burner makes it very warm. Shower great, appliances all easy to work , view fabulous. Cupboard with mini bar, fantastic idea , honesty box brilliant , drink and replace . Easy walk to town centre , all the better when walking home from bars . Enjoyed our stay and loved all the ornaments ,so much to my own taste unbelievable . Thanks Gordon x

I had a wonderful time in Rothesay and having accommodation which was central to the town and harbour was a bonus.The flat was lovely and very spacious, clean bedding and towels were provided. The kitchen area had lots of space and dinning table so you could sit and chat over meals….tea, coffee, sugar etc was provided, ready for you to have that refreshing cup of tea whenever you wanted. The bedroom was also spacious although the bed was too soft for me and dipped in the middle. There was no plugs at my side of the bed which was a pain as I liked to lie and read on my iPad but I couldn’t charge it without getting out of bed. The apartment was pet friendly and my dog Marley was with us, he loved running around the vast hallway and from room to room. Marley settled very well in his new surroundings. Overall this is the best holiday apartment I have had so kudos to Gordon the owner.

the apartment met our expectations from the description on the website, it was very spacious, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. the location was very good just a short walk to the town centre. The host kept in touch and made sure everything was ok for our stay. we would certainly come back.

The whole family enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse View. It’s a lovely holiday apartment with wonderful views of the bay and beyond. A lot of thought has been given to making a visitors stay a hassle free experience with a plentiful supply of towels, wood, and a drinks cupboard too. There’s a bus stop across the road should you fancy a car free visit to Mount Stuart or one of Bute’s sandy beaches.

A beautiful property with a view of the water which will stay with me for a long time. Each window has a stunning view and it was mesmerising to watch the ferry come in and out. Ideally located for a trip to Rothesay and highly recommended.

Smashing property

Owner Gordon was easy to communicate with. His place was a fantastic size. Living room had lots of seating although we didn't get a chance to use the living room as we were out and about at Bute festival afternoon and night. Loved that the bus stopped almost outside. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, we brought our labradour and he was on the beach a stones throw away. All and all a great flat to visit Bute.

Lovely Apartment

Beautiful apartment, much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Views are amazing could spend hours watching the boats. Apartment has everything you need, clean, comfortable and a fabulous kitchen. Would definitely book again when visiting Rothesay.

First visit to this flat due to our usual one being sold. The flat is great with everything you need and we felt really comfortable and at home for our long weekend.Elderly dad managed the one flight up to the flat no problem and handy having the bus stop right outside too.Great flat and host so will be our new holiday flat going forward.

Really lovely apartment in Rothesay in a stunning location right on the seafront. All mod cons, lots of extras that make it feel like a home.lots of space and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return on our next visit to the island.

Wonderful apartment

Excellent location, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host was extremely accommodating, let us have a later check out and book an extra night at very short notice due to train cancellation. Next time we visit rothesay will definitely book again.
