The room was very clean, fresh and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast. Air conditioning worked wells, turned it up high because it was December with a little snow and freezing. Had to turn it down as it got to warm. The only thing I found missing was no biscuits in the room. First hotel we have been to that do not have biscuits. In addition to this, there was no information in the room that told us what times were for example, nothing telling us what time the leisure facility’s were open/closed. What time was check out.

Stayed here a few times, room was better quality than previous family room we stayed in, beds comfortable and lots of space, but cleaning could have been a little better. hairs in shower area and child’s toy found just under edge of bed. Breakfast provided a good range, but eggs were overdone when cooked to order. Pool, sauna and steam room is a bonus and staff friendly and helpful. Ate in restaurant one night for convenience, but was a long wait despite not being busy. Staff were proactive in apologising for the wait and offering a round of free drinks.

The room was an excellent size, easy to get to, and easy to park. Room service was ok, as long as the bar is not busy. The noise from the road was a bit noisy, if your room is at the front of the hotel.

Everything was good except an alarm being sounded at about 1.50am which really disturbed our sleep pattern for the rest of the night. We were not informed of the reason for the alarm so must assume the incident triggering it has been dealt with appropriately.

There was a tooth flossing brush on the floor in my room. There was some sort of event happening and I was in a room very close to reception and the noise was very loud and late up to at least 11 pm. When I booked I would have expected to be notified of this at least and preferably been booked in a room away from the noise. Not a great stay.
